HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (HRRL) is a joint venture of HPCL and Government of Rajasthan with74% equity participation by HPCL and 26% by Government of Rajasthan. HRRL is setting up a 9 MMTPA greenfield refinery cum petrochemical complex in the state of Rajasthan.
